Healthy Tips!

* Drink only purified spring water. I recommend a Burkey water purifyer.

* Don’t cook on teflon coated pans or in aluminum. Cook with stainless steel pots and pans.

* Don’t heat oils to a higher heat that what’s recommended on the label. (Avacado, walnut, and coconut oils can be heated to medium high heat without denaturing the oil. Olive oil should not be heated much and is why it’s used on things like salad)

* Minimize the use of plastic. Never heat food in plastic. Use glass instead.

*Minimize or eliminate the use of microwaves. The radiation from microwaves diminishes the health properties of food.
