Chia Spice Mix: (or use recipe in picture)
- 1/4 tbsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp ground cardamom
- 1 tbsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tbsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tbsp ground fennel
- 1/4 tsp ground tumeric
Blend 2 cups milk alternative (I use unsweetened hemp), 1/2 cup ice, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use a plant based like OrGain or SoTru brand), and add 1-2 tbsp of your chai spice mix and blend.
*add a dash of stevia extract powder if you like it sweeter
*optional add ins: organic matcha green tea powder, maca powder, medicinal mushrooms, organic frozen blueberries, chia seeds, collagen powder, psyllium husk or other fiber
