- 4 tbsp coconut butter or unrefined coconut oil
- 1 tbsp organic cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
- 2 tbsp one or more of pecan pieces, pine nuts, pistachio pieces, macadamia nuts, sprouted pumpkin seeds
- 1 dash stevia extract to taste
- 1 dash Himalayan sea salt to taste
Blend together then refrigerate for 10 minutes. Use a small cookie scoop to form round balls. Roll in coconut flakes. Place in glass container, cover and refrigerate or freeze until firm.
